Founder
Formerly Head of the Israel Lands Administration, established Reality Fund with his partners in 2008. For over 30 years Dr. Vardi has served in senior executive and consulting roles in the real estate world, as well as, in the public and private sectors. Dr. Vardi holds a Masters degree in Operations Research and a Ph.D. in Decision-Making Processes and Risk Management.
Founder & Managing Partner
Rozen is well-experienced expert in property valuations, strategic consulting, and managing distressed companies with over two decades of executive management. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the bulk transportation company, Taavura-Tifzoret. Rozen holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Vardi holds over 25 years of experience in managing and promoting real estate projects, with an extensive experience in betterment of real estate and in urban regeneration. Vardi holds a BA in Law and Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
Managing Partner
Ariel has more than a decade of experience in the real estate market in Israel and abroad. Initially, he founded and managed a family construction company, then continued to more development projects, both residential and commercial in Israel and abroad. For the past three years, Ariel has been managing the operations of Reality Fund Germany and moved 2020 with his family to Berlin. Furthermore, Ariel holds an MBA in Business and a MA in History.
Managing Partner
Peled is the Co-founder and managing partner of Reality Germany. For six years, Peled has led Kinneret quarries as a Chairman. He headed the alternative investments of a single family office based in London. Peled served as the CEO of the Combe Group based in Israel, South Africa, and Germany. He was part of the founding team and head of the non-US business of Six Point Partner, a NY investment firm.
CFO
Alon is the CFO of Reality Germany, he has a wealth of experience in the real estate market in Germany, specializing in controlling and accounting. Before Reality Germany, Alon was head of portfolio management, of an SDAX real estate stock traded company, managing assets with FV of over €11bln. He holds extensive experience in the capital markets, assisting with raising over €2bln via various capital instruments. Alon is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Business administration.
Portfolio Manager
Susan joined the Reality Germany Team with 12 years Real Estate experience in Germany. She was working as Head of Portfolio and Takeover Manager in a strong company growth and with the responsibility for up to 45 employees, TÜV certified Quality Management, development of new company projects and as internal Trainer for Transactions.
Office Manager
Before joining Reality Germany, Daria was working as an Event- and Project Manager for several German companies. She was primarily active in the automotive sector, where she implemented projects throughout Europe. Daria holds a Bachelors Degree in International Tourism & Event Management and speaks four languages.
Head of Real Estate Development
Marcus has been active in the areas of development, construction and planning for several years and also has relevant experience in the area of transactions and potential analysis of properties.
Junior Portfolio Manager
Philipp successfully completed his apprenticeship as a real estate agent in 2013. He initially worked in the inventory integration of residential properties. He then took on responsibility for purchasing energy media as well as facility services for commercial real estate. Most recently, he worked in the area of expansion for an e-commerce company leading in the
vehicle trade.
Analyst & Controller
Melvin has several years of experience as an Analyst and Controller in the German Real Estate industry. In his previous position, he played a key role in developing controlling processes for a residential portfolio valued at over €7 billion. He specializes in Business Intelligence solutions and holds an MBA.
Accountant
Alexis is the Bookkeeper for Reality Germany, he has experience in accounting, treasury management, and finance controlling. Before Reality Germany, Alexis worked with startups and corporations in the technology and innovation sector, collaborating with founders and finance teams in developing financial strategies, implementing new systems, optimizing financial reporting, and managing costs. Alexis holds a master’s degree in international finance and speaks three languages.
Project Manager Real Estate Development
Eugen has been responsible for project preparation and feasibility analyses for construction projects, including investment planning, controlling and reporting. He supported the realization of projects from the planning phase through to completion.
